These terms govern your use of the Fitra Co. website and purchases from our store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also review our Shipping, Return & Refund, and Privacy Policies.
Using our store
You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live to place an order. Please provide accurate account, payment and delivery information and keep your account credentials secure.
You may not use the site for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, malware distribution or interference with the store’s operation.
Products, prices & orders
We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, prices and availability. Colors may appear differently on different screens. We may correct errors or update product information and availability.
We may refuse or cancel an order, including where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. If we cancel an order that has been paid, we will arrange a refund. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed.
Shipping, cancellations & returns

Using products responsibly
Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product, including candle burning and care guidance.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials, and use a heat-resistant surface.
- Stop using a damaged or overheated candle container.
- Use each fragrance product only for its intended purpose. Home fragrance products, including diffusers and fabric sprays, are not intended for use on skin.
- For products intended for skin, follow the label directions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, subject to applicable law.

Content on this site, including branding, text and images, belongs to Fitra Co. or its respective rights holders. You may not reproduce or commercially use protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, Fitra Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Where permitted, our total liability for a claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
