We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days)

Flat Rate: $8.00

Applies to orders under $120.

Free Standard Shipping

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $120 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

Express Shipping (if selected at checkout)

Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout when available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Fitra Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fitra Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible.
